A set is a group of repetitions (reps). For example, doing 10 push-ups is one set of 10 reps.
A rep, or repetition, is one complete motion of an exercise. For example, one push-up is one rep.
"Work Time" refers to the duration in which you are actively performing an exercise. This is typically followed by a rest period.
This is the short rest period immediately after each rep.
This is the longer rest period after completing one set of reps.
This countdown gives you time to prepare before the workout begins.
Enable this if you want a short rest after the final rep of a set before starting set rest. Otherwise, it goes straight to the next set's rest
When enabled, this gives you a final rest after your last set before the workout ends. Turn it off to end immediately after the last rep.
